The Mommy Guilt sets in

So I took J to the Dr. today and he has an ear infection and walking pneumonia! Nice. Now I feel horrible that I was so mean to him yesterday. I knew he was sick but the word pneumonia just sounds so much worse! Sorry baby, mommy wasn't herself. The NyQuil made me nuts. I vowed when I woke up today to be more...nice... no matter how crappy I felt; which by the way is pretty crappy. If he has pneumonia and I got sick from him what the heck do I have? My lymph node on the left side of my neck is actually sticking out. Maybe I should go to the Dr too? I'll have to call tomorrow.
