Happy Day after Halloween

We had a good day. The trick or treaters started around 3:30. They weren't supposed to start until 4 but the kids got out of school early yesterday and some couldn't wait. It ended up being about 60 degrees so it wasn't toooo bad. It was very windy though so it felt colder. Our neighbors had people over for pizza after. Nice that I didn't have to think about dinner! J did really well. He did get tired at the end and T had to carry him for a bit. His little pumpkin got so heavy! So here is my boy.

These pics were actually taken at a party he went to a few weeks ago when it was warm. He had on a shirt and a sweatshirt last night.

Last Sat we went to a fun Halloween party at T's cousin house. They had ponies, and a haunted house and a mechanical bull! It had rained the night before so we put J in last years Bob the Builder costume.

It is going to be hard to take down the Halloween decorations. He just loves them. We have a lot of just nice pumkin around the inside of the house. I told him we can keep those up for Thanksgiving. They are just fall looking. Cute thing he said last night in bed.

Me: Halloween is over sweetie.
J: Why
Me: Cause it is only one day and now it is over.
J: (with a grin on his face) is it Christmas?
Me: No, sweetie, it isn't Christmas yet.
J: Is it Easter
Me: No, we have to have Thanksgiving first, then Christmas
J: I really want Santa to bring me that red train and green train mommy
Me: Well you have to wait to see if santa brings it to you.
J: Oh I will be good and then he will bring it.

It was just too cute. I have a feeling he will be driving me nuts with the "is it Christmas yet" question.
